Tiffany Michelle Amos, a 25 year old substitute teacher in Houston, Texas, is accused of sending nude pictures to a student and having sex with him.
According to police Amos waited until the student turned 17, then sent him the pictures. She later reportedly had sex with him in her apartment.
Amos taught at Westfield High School and was terminated after the incident was revealed.
Kristin Leone, a 26 year old teacher in Clifton, New Jersey, has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a 16 year old boy on at least two occasions.
Leone, who teaches at Clifton High School, was charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of criminal sexual contact, luring and enticing a child and two counts of official misconduct.
Police began investigating when administrators notified police. A search warrant revealed evidence backing up the claim.
Kelli Bordeaux, a 23-year-old soldier in Fayetteville, North Carolina, is missing. Bordeaux, who is stationed at Fort Bragg, went missing after going out to a karaoke bar April 14.
She was allegedly dropped off at her apartment by a man who turned out to be a registered sex offender and hasn’t been seen since. The man has been arrested for not living at the address he registered with the government, and has been twice interviewed by police.
Bordeaux joined the Army in 2011, with the goal of becoming a combat medic.
Rhonda Michelle Ford, a 29 year old teacher in Clayton, Oklahoma, is accused of having sex with a 15 year old boy on multiple occasions.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Ford. Court documents accuse her of lewd or indecent acts with a child under the age of 16, second-degree rape, sodomy and permitting children under 21 to possess or consume alcohol.
The boy, a student at Clayton School, tells cops that he had sex with Ford at least 10 times in her home. He told police he could identify a tattoo on Ford that is covered by her panties.
Other students say Ford prepared alcoholic cocktails for them after they helped her move into her new home.
A woman accused of selling sex out a hot dog cart has been arrested in New York City. Catherine Scalia, 45, reportedly solicited sexual favors while selling hot dogs on the streets of the city.
On her cart were business cards advertising extra services. Police say Scalia would arrange to meet with men at her and have sex with them for money.
Neighbors say she attempted to sell naked house cleaning and topless house cleaning while sitting around outside wearing only lingerie.
Christina Marie Carbone, a 23 year old special education teacher in Tucson, Arizona, has been arrested on suspicion of sex with a teenage student.
Carbone has been charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor after she met the alleged victim at a social function in March of 2012.
The alleged victim is a 16 year old boy in the Tucson Unified School District, and was not a directly a student of Carbone’s.
Carbone is a first year teacher at Flowing Wells High School.
Kacy Christine Wilson, a 28 year old former teacher at Osceola High School in Florida has been accused of sex with a 16 year old boy.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Wilson, who resigned from the school and lives in Colorado. The charges are unlawful sexual activity with certain minors and transmission of pornography by electronic device.
The teen told authorities that he had an affair with the former teacher and reportedly provided them with inappropriate pictures she sent to him.
Wilson was arrested in Colorado and is being extradited to Osceola County, FL and has had her bail set at $85,000.
