Obama, Romney 2012 Debate

President Obama has a decisive lead among those who have already voted in the 2012 election. According to a poll by Reuters/Ipsos of early voters, President Obama leads Romney 59% to 31%.

The Obama campaign has repeatedly promoted early voting, a tactic that was key to Obama’s 2008 win over Sen. John McCain, especially in swing states like Florida.

Republicans and conservatives have attempted to curtail early voting, in an attempt to restrain pro-Obama votes.
