Cops Throw Out Charges In Lindsay Lohan Assault Case

Police have thrown out the assault charges against former House Republican aide Christian LaBella after an incident with Lindsay Lohan.
The authorities say they did so after a lack of evidence to substantiate the charge.
Lohan claimed that LaBella assaulted her after she demanded that he erase pictures of her on his cell phone while they were in her Manhattan hotel room together.
