Cops: Lindsay Lohan Assaulted In Hotel By Christian LaBella

New York City police say that Lindsay Lohan was assaulted by a man in a Manhattan hotel.

The man, Christian LaBella, has been charged with assault and harassment for the incident that took place in the W Hotel Union Square.

Sources told a newspaper that Lohan met the man and they went up to her hotel room. In the room Lohan discovered that LaBella had cell phone photos of her and demanded they be erased.

When she refused to return his phone, LaBella allegedly threw Lohan down on the bed and scratched her. She ran out of the room and down a flight of steps. When she walked back up the steps the man allegedly grabbed her from behind and began choking her.

Lohan pulled the fire alarm, which brought police on the scene and LaBella was arrested.

Lohan declined medical treatment.
