Porn-Only Search Engine Launched
A search engine only for pornography has been launched by the company behind the .xxx domain name.
ICM Registry has designed Search.XXX for “porn, only porn, all porn,” according to CEO Stuart Lawley. Lawley said that “there’s as much porn there as anyone would need, I’d imagine.”
The move is seen by some as a reaction to Google lowering the ranking for some porn sites in its search results, while also a promotional move for the controversial .xxx domain name. Some porn sites say using .xxx instead of .com ghettoizes adult content.
