Green Bay Packers players discussed extreme measures they may use in the future to force an end to the NFL’s lockout of referees.

After the controversial play on Monday Night Football where referees called a Green Bay interception a Seattle touchdown, fans have been blasting the inferior ability of the strike-breaking replacement officials being used by America’s richest sports league.

Speaking to a Detroit radio station, Packers offensive lineman T.J. Lang said that players on his team discussed a strike or simply taking a knee on each offensive down to pressure the NFL. He continued, “Whatever it takes, it’s just a total embarrassment to everybody watching the game, the players in the game, it’s not fun to be part of something like that.”
