The British royal family has sued a French magazine over topless photos of Kate Middleton.
The royals are suing Closer magazine, who bought the spy photos of Middleton and Prince William while the couple was on vacation.
Earlier today, royal officials blasted the publication of the topless photos as “grotesque and totally unjustifiable.”
