Mitt RomneyMitt Romney has flip-flopped again on health care reform.

Appearing on NBC’s Meet The Press, Romney told host David Gregory that “there are a number of things that I like in health care reform that I’m going to put in place.” He explained that “one is to make sure that those with pre-existing conditions can get coverage.”

Previously Romney has vowed that he would repeal Obamacare, but before that he passed a health care plan in Massachusetts that is nearly identical to the plan passed by President Obama and congressional Democrats.

The Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare, ended the pre-existing condition and introduced numerous reforms to the U.S. health care system that will reduce the deficit, according to the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office.

Republicans have often claimed that they would “repeal” Obamacare, but have not offered any solutions to replace the law.
