Erica DePalo: New Jersey Teacher Accused Of Sex With Student

Erica DePalo, a teacher in Essex County, New Jersey, has been accused of having sex with a 15 year old boy. She is 33 years old.
DePalo taught English at West Orange High School. She was voted Essex County Teacher of the Year in 2011.
She has been charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say DePalo began her sexual affair with the student in June of 2012 and it continued until last Tuesday.
