A topless woman led Florida cops on a bizarre police chase.

Mandy Ramsey, 35, refused to pull over after cops flagged her for speeding on Saturday night. She ran a stop sign and crashed into a tree, eventually ending up behind a mobile home where the police found her.
Ramsey said she didn’t want to stop because she was driving topless in an attempt to surprise her boyfriend. She works as a teacher’s assistant.
