RNC Chief Under Pressure, Calls Harry Reid “Dirty Liar”

The pressure of covering up for Mitt Romney’s hidden tax records may be getting to Republican Party chairman Reince Priebus.

In an interview with ABC News on Sunday, Priebus was asked about Senate Majority Leader’s Harry Reid claim that a source told him that Romney hasn’t paid taxes in ten years. The exasperated Priebus replied, “As far as Harry Reid is concerned, listen, I know you might want to go down that road, I’m not going to respond to a dirty liar who hasn’t filed a single page of tax returns himself.”

While President Obama and Vice President Biden have released twenty years of tax returns, Romney has only released partial records. Questions continue to swirl about offshore bank accounts that could be used for tax evasion, as well as a larger than usual IRA owned by the Massachusetts millionaire.
