Jack Schaap: Megachurch Pastor Had Sex With Teen

Jack Schaap, the former pastor of First Baptist Church of Hammond, Indiana, is being investigated for having sex with a 16 year old girl.
Schaap was fired from the church after an internal investigation discovered the affair. The FBI is investigating Schaap because he is accused of taking the girl across state lines from Indiana to Illinois, where the age of consent is 17.
The affair was apparently discovered when a message from the girl was found on Shcaap’s phone that he left behind at a youth conference.
