VIDEO: Upskirt Picture Pervert Caught On Camera

Texas police are searching for a man caught on surveillance video taking upskirt photos of women at a convenience store.

Fallon Fraker of League City, Texas tells KPRC news that the man insisted she go ahead of him in line at the checkout. She didn’t realize he was taking a picture up her skirt until two men outside the store alerted her as to what happened, then she confronted him.
