Church Wants Breastaurant Banned From Neighborhood

A Quincy, Massachusetts church wants a Hooters-style “breastaurant” banned from its neighborhood.
The Reverend of the St. John the Baptist Parish circulated a letter to churchgoers whining that “establishments such as this are not conducive to good family neighborhoods.”
The Tilted Kilt describes itself as “a contemporary, Celtic-themed sports Pub staffed with beautiful servers in sexy plaid kilts and matching plaid bras.” On its website they promote “Tilted Kilt Girls” and a calendar of the women in bikinis. They recently opened their 100th location.
State law says that applications for liquor licenses have to prove that a restaurant is “not detrimental to the educational and spiritual activities of said school or church.”
