Ticket scalpers are the latest group to profit from the mania around the release of The Dark Knight Rises.
The Wall Street Journal reports that scalpers are getting as much as $100 for tickets to IMAX screenings of the new Batman movie. The scalpers are finding buyers on sites like Craigslist and Stubhub (which is owned by Ebay).
One scalper told the journal he sold 150 tickets on the black market, averaging $65 a ticket. He says the demand has outstripped The Avengers.
