Aide: Romney Promises War On Porn As Prez

A top aide to Mitt Romney says the candidate will declare war on porn if elected president.

Morality in Media boss Patrick Trueman says that he met with Alex Wong, foreign and legal policy director for Mitt Romney, and was assured that the Massachusetts millionaire would prioritize fighting pornography if elected.

Romney allegedly promised that he would enforce obscenity laws, and mandate porn filters on new computers.

Founded in 1962, Morality in Media has consistently opposed pornography and is run by a registered federal lobbyist.

A 2009 survey found that Utah, the site of a recent summit for high dollar donors to the Romney campaign, was the biggest consumer of online pornography.
