Harmony Rose: Ex-Pornstar Working As Virginia EMT

Harmony Rose, a former porn star who has appeared in over 200 movies, is working as a volunteer EMT in Virginia. Rose, whose real name is Tracy Rolan, volunteers for the Cave Spring Rescue Squad in Roanoke, Virginia.

A local TV station revealed Rose’s real identity, causing controversy with some of the other EMT workers in the department.

After being alerted, the Office of the County Attorney said local volunteer EMT units had to make a determination for themselves if someone with Rose’s background could continue to serve.

Rose did pass a criminal background check before being accepted in the program.
