The Hollywood Reporter reports that writer Darren Lemke has been signed to write the script for the movie. Lemke previously worked on Shrek Forever After.
Jennifer Lopez is one of the producers of the movie, whose rights were purchased by Walden Media — the company that created the Narnia series.
Lopez may also star as the title character, a globe-trotting thief of exotic landmarks.
