Complain About Your Job On Facebook, Horrible Things Like This Will Happen

A California waitress has discovered the consequences of complaining about her job on Facebook.

The woman, who is from Pleasanton, CA posted on Facebook about a bad tip she got at her job at Chili’s. She wrote: “Next time you tip me $5 on a $138 bill, don’t even bother coming in cause I’ll spit in your food and then in your fuckig face you cheap bastards!!!!!!”

That was a mistake.

A member of the online forum 4Chan sent an email to Chili’s, linking to pictures of the watresses’ rant. The letter writer concluded: “I do not feel comfortable wit her being a waitress at the Chilis in Pleasanton.”

Whoops!

Chili’s responded to the 4Chan member in a tersely written email. Tammy Wellborn, from Chili’s guest relations explained: “After learning about this isolated incident, we immediately looked into the matter. At this time, the food server is no longer with the company.”

And that’s why you have to be careful about complaining about your job on Facebook.
