Romney campaign communications director Gail Gitcho got caught lying during a live interview with CNN.

Appearing on Anderson Cooper, Gitcho claimed that a report from the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) was from the Obama administration.

Cooper stopped her mid-lie, and pointed out to viewers that the CBO is a nonpartisan office, untouched by presidential administrations. WATCH:
