The Democratic Party has announced a new initiative to target Mitt Romney’s record.

The “Romney Economics: The Middle Class Under the Bus” was announced on Thursday night by Democrats in a press release. Democrats say the bus tour will hound Romney as he travels through New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa and Michigan.
Along the route Democrats will highlight Romney’s job creation record in Massachusetts (47th out of 50) and discuss the taxes and fees he increased in his tenure.
The Democrats say: “While the President has outlined a clear plan to grow the economy, create middle-class jobs and pay down our debt in a balanced way, Mitt Romney has provided no real plan to help the middle class.”
A press conference is scheduled for Friday to announce the campaign.
