The lawyer for Sarah Jones, the former Bengals cheerleader accused of having an affair with an underage teen she taught, wants the steamy text messages that were exchanged to be thrown out of court.

Charles T. Lester Jr. told the judge in a motion that the search warrant that uncovered the texts were obtained based on rumors and were “nothing more than a case of high school gossip gone awry.”
