Shellie Zimmerman, the wife of George Zimmerman, was arrested by the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office and charged with perjury today.

According to a release from the department, Shellie Zimmerman, 25, was arrested at her home and booked at the John E. Polk Correctional Facility. She was booked on one count of perjury and bond was set at $1,000.
George Zimmerman has been charged with the murder of teen Trayvon Martin.
