Video Shows Teen Marcus Warryton Getting Beaten By Philly Cops Until Bloody

Video has surfaced showing Philadelphia police beating teenager Marcus Warryton with batons until he bled.

Cellphone cameras recorded the beating and were publicized in the press.

The video appears to show that police continued to beat Warryton, even when he was subdued. His blood can be seen spattered on to the ground.

Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey insists that “the video clearly shows he was resisting arrest.”
