Hot on the heels of The Avengers blockbuster success, it has been revealed that Warner Brothers hired a writer to write The Justice League movie.

Variety reports that the studio hired Will Beall, who recently wrote The Gangster Squad, to bring the super hero team to life. The Justice League roster usually consists of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, The Green Lantern, Flash, Aquaman, and The Martian Manhunter.

DC Comics and Warner Brothers are both owned by Time Warner.

The Avengers has grossed over $1 billion worldwide.
