Melody Carter-McCabe: Teacher Accused Of Affair With Student

Melody Carter-McCabe, a 27 year old teacher in California, has been accused of a sexual affair with a 15 year old student. The affair allegedly lasted for a year. She taught at Livingston High School in Merced, California.
Carter-McCabe was an agriculture teacher and met the victim as part of Future Farmers Of America.
The teen told police the affair began after he offered to help her with chores. Eventually they began kissing each other, then had sex.
The teen said they had sex at least 50 times between 2010 and 2011. They also used sex toys and she sent him nude photos of herself.
Melody Carter-McCabe has been charged with nine felony counts of unlawful sex with a minor.
