The family of a Georgia man was awarded $3 million after he died in a sexual threesome. The family of William Martinez sued for medical malpractice after he died while having sex with a woman who was not his wife and a male friend.
The family claimed that cardiologist Dr. Sreenivasulu Gangasani failed to warn the man about refraining from strenuous physical activity after a medical examination for heart issues.
