Gymnast Jordyn Wieber Wins 2012 American Cup

Gymnast Jordyn Wieber won her third straight American Cup on Sunday, scoring 61.032 at Madison Square Garden. The American Cup is seen as one of the first major competitions before this year’ Olympics in London.
Wieber beat Aly Raisman by 2/10 of a percent for the victory. Alternate Gabrielle Douglas scored a surprising 61.299, but was not eligible for the all-around title.
