Lindsay Lohan Today Show Interview: I’m “Clean And Sober”

In her upcoming interview on NBC’s Today Show, set to air Thursday, Lindsay Lohan told Matt Lauer that she is now “clean and sober.”

Lohan, who will host Saturday Night Live this weekend, admitted that in her last interview with the host she was in denial about her addictions and “I wasn’t as comfortable with myself then. I think it was a fear factor that I had about what was really going on. And, you know, I had to get that wakeup call.”

She also claims she has quit being a party animal: “I went out, actually, a few months ago with a friend. And I was so uncomfortable.”

Speaking about her upcoming role playing Elizabeth Taylor on the Lifetime network, Lohan says she’s been doing “tons of research.”
