Jennifer Aniston’s “Wanderlust” A Box Office Bomb

Jennifer Aniston’s new movie, Wanderlust, has turned out to be a major box office dud. The comedy, co-starring Paul Rudd, is likely to debut in 8th place on the weekend box office charts.

So far Wanderlust reports a shockingly low box office take of only $2.2 million for the weekend so far. By comparison the likely number one and two movies — Act Of Valor and Tyler Perry’s Good Deeds — have made $9 million and $5.3 million so far.

Aniston’s movie was heavily promoted, and she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame as part of the promotion. Aniston also appeared on Conan and The Tonight Show, while Rudd appeared on The Daily Show and Late Show with David Letterman.
