Kim KardashianLawyers are targeting QuickTrim, a diet pill endorsed by Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian, for a class action lawsuit. Lawyers at Bursor & Fisher note that the pill claims it can help with rapid weight loss, but is mostly made from caffeine and “The FDA has determined that caffeine is not safe or effective for weight loss.”

A partner at the firm told the New York Post that they are reaching out to Quicktrim users for a possible class-action case. The firm has won and settled other cases against products like Avacor (hair loss remedy) and Xenadrine (a diet supplement).

Kim Kardashian has on several occasions claimed that Quicktrim helped her lose weight.
