Playboy model Lindsay Lohan is ringing in the New Year in Dubai. Lohan is one of the celebrities listed to attend a New Year’s Eve party on board the luxurious Queen Elizabeth 2 cruise ship.
Pamela Anderson and British socialite Lady Victoria Hervey are also supposed to be on board the ship, currently docked at the Port Rashid Cruise Terminal in Dubai. [Ahlan!]
