The UK parliament is set to interview more News Corp. executives in its continuing probe of phone hacking at Rupert Murdoch’s media giant. Colin Myler, an editor of the shuttered News of The World is set to testify, as is former legal manager Tom Crone. Both men have said that testimony offered by James Murdoch (the company’s deputy COO) that he was unaware of the widespread phone hacking was untrue.
Already 15 people have been held by the police in what is one of the biggest media scandals in history. [NY Times]
