Paul “Doug” Peters has been arrested by the FBI in connection with Australia’s Madeleine Pulver collar bomb. Peters was captured in Kentucky. Peters is a University of Sydney graduate, who lists “Managing Director of Douglass Corporation” as his most recent job on his LinkedIn profile. [Daily Telegraph]
