“THE INTERNET CORPORATION FOR ASSIGNED NANES AND NUMBERS (ICANN) has approved the controversial .xxx top level domain for pornographic websites. ICANN formally approved the application for the .xxx sponsored top level domain by ICM Registry, an organisation set up specifically to manage the adult-themed domain. It is sponsored by the International Foundation for Online Responsibility, which will develop policies for the domain”
