Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) reportedly is planning a presidential run, but the mistake-prone conservative just insulted voters in the key state of New Hampshire.

Appearing at an event there, Bachmann said, “What I love about New Hampshire and what we have in common is our extreme love for liberty. You’re the state where the shot was heard around the world in Lexington and Concord.” That battle, a key fight in the Revolutionary War, occurred in Massachusetts — not New Hampshire.
