A video obtained by TMZ shows the ‘Hannah Montana’ star taking hits from a bong that was reportedly filled with a natural herb called salvia, which when smoked has psychedelic qualities. Possession of salvia is currently legal in California, but it’s illegal in several other states. The video was reportedly taken five days after Miley turned 18.
