“A Kansas City, North woman tried to hire a hit man to kill her ex-husband, Clay County authorities have alleged. Dorothy M. Cascone, 58, was charged late Tuesday with one count of first-degree assault in the murder-for-hire scheme. Cascone is being held on $100,000 bond in the Clay County Detention Center, said Prosecutor Daniel L. White.” [Link]
