“Pretty Afshan Azad, 23 — who plays Padma Patil in the hit films — was allegedly attacked at her home in Manchester. Her father Abul Azad, 54, and brother Ashraf Azad, 28, appeared at Manchester magistrates’ court on Tuesday accused of threatening to kill Afshan. Ashraf is also charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm.” [Link]
